Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate – DSC

DSC will be required while signing the e-MOA, e-AOA and registration form. A Chartered Accountant in practice is also required to certify the registration form before uploading to MCA site.
Drafting of legal documents for company registration

Applying for company registration with MCA
